REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

No refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or we have shipped the incorrect product.  Please contact us, upon receipt, if there is a problem.  We want you to be completely satisfied and will try to promptly resolve any issues.

There are no refunds or exchanges once a product has been cut into or altered in any way. Please verify your order is correct before cutting or altering our products.
